StreamUP provides the following products and services:
- OBS Studio plugins.
- Standalone software tools for live streamers.
- Streamer.bot extensions that may interface with OBS Studio, other programs, or external services.
Liability
StreamUP is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our products and services. Users assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of our software.
Modification and Redistribution
Our products are free to modify for personal use. However, redistribution of both modified and unmodified versions of our products is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. This applies whether the redistribution is for free or for profit.
Support Policy
General Support
StreamUP provides support on a best effort basis, as most of the team works on this project as a side endeavor. We cannot offer 24/7 support and are fully located in Western Europe, which may affect response times due to time zone differences.
Support for Modified Products
StreamUP reserves the right to refuse support for any product that has been modified. Due to the potentially unlimited permutations that modifications can create, users who alter our products assume responsibility for their performance and any issues that may arise. StreamUP support is provided on a best effort basis and is only guaranteed for unmodified versions of our products.
StreamUP Premium Subscription
StreamUP offers a premium subscription through platforms such as Kofi or Patreon. This subscription provides access to additional products and features. Access to these products and features is contingent upon the active status of your subscription. If your subscription expires, access to the premium content will be revoked.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StreamUP operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
StreamUP reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our products and services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
