Before you subscribe
The things people ask first
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. No lock-in, no minimum term, and no awkward email to write. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to my scenes if I cancel?
Anything you have already installed stays in OBS and keeps working. What ends is your access to download products and pull down new ones.
Do I need to be technical?
Not really. Everything ships with a docs page and most products are a Streamer.bot import. If you get stuck, the Discord is where we answer questions, usually the same day.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel any time, so there is nothing to be stuck with. If something is genuinely wrong, tell us in Discord and we will sort it out. Refunds are handled case by case.
I already bought some products. Does Premium duplicate that?
Anything you bought outright stays yours, subscription or not. Premium is for getting the rest of the catalogue, and everything that comes after it, without buying one at a time.
